In order to be submitted by Onar Recruitment Ltd to our Clients for possible interview and/or employment or engagement, please confirm your agreement to the following:

 

1. All information supplied to you by Onar Recruitment Ltd and/or its Clients with respect to potential employment or engagement is strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any 3rd party or used by you for your own personal benefit without the explicit consent of Onar Recruitment Ltd and/or the Client.

 

2. You give your permission for Onar Recruitment Ltd to share your details with: 

• Clients with the aim of securing potential employment or engagement for you.

• referees you have provided in order to obtain satisfactory referencing of you.

 

3. You agree to be represented solely and exclusively by Onar Recruitment Ltd for any further roles notified to you by Onar Recruitment Ltd or for which interviews are arranged for you via Onar Recruitment Ltd, or for which you otherwise indicate you wish to be represented via Onar Recruitment.

 

4. You warrant the accuracy and truthfulness of all qualifications, experience and any other information provided by you to Onar Recruitment Ltd and/or its Clients.

 

5. You agree to notify Onar Recruitment Ltd if you have any medical conditions, subsequent pending prosecutions or convictions, which may arise whilst you are participating in the recruitment process for permanent work and/or whilst registered for temporary work; which may affect your ability to carry out a role or for which you may require reasonable adjustments or if you are unsuitable for any role that is offered to you. 

 

6. You agree to cooperate with necessary checks which may be required from you such as verifying qualifications/certificates and references you’ve provided to Onar Recruitment Ltd along with undertaking criminal background checks where necessary to be shared with your potential employers.

 

7. You agree to the storage and processing of your information by Onar Recruitment Ltd in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. We will use the information you provide us in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available upon request and at www.onarrecruitment.com/privacy-policy.
